This freshly renovated 26 m² apartment in Koblenz accommodates up to 2 guests or parents with a small child. The combined living and sleeping area features a compact kitchen with fridge and stovetop, a dining area, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom offers a shower, sink, and toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 32-inch TV, self-check-in, and step-free access indoors. For families with young children, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and access to shared toys and books upon request. Enjoy your own private, uncovered garden area—perfect for relaxing outdoors during your stay. Please note that garden furniture is not yet available. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house, as this is the first street outside the city center without parking fees. The location is central yet quiet: the main train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center or old town can be reached in 30 minutes, and the Moselle River in 15 minutes. A bus stop is just 2 minutes away on foot. All tours in and around Koblenz—whether in the city or beyond—are easily accessible from here.
